Magazine - SRB developed different variations of
this landing page to qualify readers for a special subscription
for this European-based magazine client. It has had among
the highest conversion rates through major, values-based
portals such as Care2 and Beliefnet.
Case Study:
A small software client didn't advertise
or display at trade shows, relying primarily on sales staff.
New customer acquisition was flat. It needed better, more
cost-effective ways to reach its market.
The solution involved a variety of direct
and Internet marketing tools including acquiring targeted "opt-in" lists
to increase the prospect database (people who asked to
receive information, not junk mail or spam); developing
and deploying web-based surveys to test new ideas and better
understand customers; developing and delivering an informative
and highly regarded monthly e-mail newsletter; and launching
regular multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Results:
- Increased a highly targeted "opt-in" database
by over 1100 percent, with nearly 9,000 prospects continuing
to receive the monthly newsletter
- Increased sales leads by approximately 900 percent
- Increased website traffic by over 200 percent
- Increased number of new customers by about 500 percent and share of new customers
resulting directly from marketing efforts from nothing to about half; far more
cost-effective than sales alone.
