Defined Opportunities & Needs
Green / CSR Marketing Interns
We are looking for 1-2 interns to work anywhere from 5 to 15 hours a
week, with at least part of their hours in our New Paltz, NY office and
some offsite/telecommuting hours also a possibility. Modest stipend is
possible for exceptional candidates willing to commit to a minimum of 6
months.
Responsibilities:
- help maintain the SRB & client social media properties (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- research and write about social media and corporate social responsibility (CSR) issues
- engage in event and award marketing for SRB - getting speaking invites for SRB's managing director and submitting applications for awards
- some administrative duties related to SRB business, as needed
- Ability to work and accomplish objectives independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- PC (not Mac only) and Microsoft Office suite experience
- Experience with multiple social media a plus
- Should have writing samples to share
- Passion or interest in “green” business and/or corporate social responsibility also a plus
