Senior Web Developer

We are looking for an experienced, full-time web developer to wear multiple hats. You will report directly to our founder and managing director and will interface with other SRB staff, our clients and outside contractors, helping to strategize and execute interactive marketing campaigns, build SRB's own web-based solutions, and maintain our website and blog, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Code customized microsites, landing pages, interactive forms, and segmented email databases for our clients' online marketing campaigns
• Build database driven applications and dynamic web pages for client campaigns and SRB's own use
• Help manage 3rd party web analytics and campaign tracking solutions, and potentially use existing open-source solutions to create SRB's own tracking tools
• Maintain the SRB website and blog
• Work with outside contractors, including offshore programmers, when necessary
• Advise the managing director and other SRB staff on web development and other technical issues
• Grow with the company and help build a winning team! Ideal candidate will have the desire, ability and drive to advance as the company grows.

Skills & Experience:

We are looking primarily for a web developer with good programming, and preferably some design and/or project management skills, but also with a combination of the following skills and experience:

• Must be a self-starter with ability to work and accomplish objectives independently; and to clearly explain your work to non-technical team members and clients.
• Must have experience with two or more of the following: PHP, ASP, ColdFusion, XHTML and/or JavaScript; and with MySQL and other database applications.
• Must have experience coding and developing web applications for multiple server environments, including Dot Net
• Must have a portfolio of different projects to share
• BA/BS and 3-4 or more years experience is required
• Some design experience preferred with Photoshop, Quark and/or Illustrator; and with Flash, Image Ready, and/or other animation tools
• Passion or interest in 'green' business, cause marketing, and/or corporate social responsibility also a plus

Interactive Marketing Associate

We are looking for an interactive marketing associate with 1-4 years of relevant experience. Training will be provided. You will report directly to our founder and managing director and will interface with other SRB staff, our clients and outside contractors, helping to develop and execute some client campaigns, maintain SRB’s website, and market SRB’s services, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• assist with design & copywriting for client advertisements
• help create & maintain search engine advertising progams for SRB clients, including developing key words, ads and providing monthly reports
• help create landing pages and microsites in conjunction with outside contractors
• help to manage affiliate marketing programs for SRB clients
• engage in event and award marketing for SRB - getting speaking invites for SRB's managing director and submitting applications for awards
• helping to maintain the SRB & related company websites
• some administrative duties related to SRB business, as needed, to assist the managing director

Responsibility for interacting with and potentially even managing some client accounts would be encouraged within the first year.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for a self-starter with a combination of the following skills and experience:

• BA/BS and 1-4 years relevant experience is required
• Some experience with HTML, preferably with raw code, strongly desired
• Ability to work and accomplish objectives independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Should have a portfolio of creative to share – copy writing or design work
• Some design and/or web programming experience a plus, including any experience with Photoshop; Flash, Image Ready, or other animation tools; or PHP, ASP, MySQL.
• Experience with search engine marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing, blogs, or creating podcasts is a plus
• Passion or interest in “green” business, cause marketing, and/or corporate social responsibility also a plus
